1. Mail InVoter Registration Application

  • To Complete A Fillable Registration Form On Your Computer, Click here
  • Print Out Completed Registration Form, Sign, Date, And Mail To:

*Please note, if you are Registering less than 20 days prior to a scheduled Election, you will need to  Register In Person at City Hall and provide Proof of Residency.

  • Proof Of Residence Options Can Include One Of The Following With Your Full Name And Current City Of Port Washington Address On It:

    • Current Valid Wisconsin Drivers License
    • Current Valid Wisconsin I.D. Card
    • Utility Bill
    • Bank Statement
    • Paycheck

*Please note, you need to have resided at your current City of Port Washington Residence a minimum of 28 days prior to the Election you are Registering to voting in.

2. In Person Registration At City Hall

  • I.D. / Proof Of Residency Is Required For Election Day Registration
  • Proof Of Residence Options Can Include One Of The Following With Your

How Do I Get An Absentee Ballot?

1. By Mail Absentee Ballots

  • Request An Absentee Form Be Mailed To You By Calling 284-5585
  • Complete A Fillable Absentee Form On Your Computer, Click here

Print Out Completed Absentee Application Form And Mail To:

  • Once Your Absentee Form and Photo I.D. Is Received, Your Ballot Will Be Mailed To You At The Address You’ve Provided.

2. In-Person Absentee Voting At City Hall

  • In-Person Absentee Voting For The Primary Can Be Done At City Hall 2 Weeks Prior To An Election.
