The City of Port Washington Water Department will be flushing hydrants in the City during the week of September 13 - 17, 2010 and through September 20 - 24, 2010. Because of the possibility of discoloring of your water due to disturbance of mains, we advise if it is at all possible, that you refrain from washing clothes between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during these weeks.
