I took these photos yesterday afternoon, Monday
October 13th, at Fisherman’s Park in
Port Washington. The bridge is over Sauk Creek just
north of the electrical power plant. The salmon and trout are returning
to spawn.
The young man weighing the fish is an employee of
the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. He’s engaged in a
survey related to fish growth. He was not a warden. The
patch on his cap is a DNR patch.
