GENERAL
INFORMATION |
PURPOSE The purpose of the Design Review Board is
to review and recommend both building exterior improvement and site plans
for all multi-family, commercial, and industrial properties. Review and approval of new construction or exterior
remodeling ensures that the proposed improvements are architecturally
compatible with the general character of the surrounding neighborhood and
the aesthetic goals of the community. Site plan review ensures that the
relationship of existing or proposed structures and uses on the site are
compatible with adjoining properties with respect to traffic flow, access to
the site, and the screening of parking and storage areas.
To further foster the attractiveness of the site, landscaping will
