Misty Ridge

Harmony Homes will develop this 75+ acre parcel into a mix of low density condominiums and single-family lots. 68 high quality two-family condominiums will be located along the north edge of the property  and the remainder of the parcel will contain 101 single family lots. Larger lots are proposed along the south and west sides of the parcel adjacent to the Town of Grafton. Development of the site is expected to begin in the spring 2005 and lots may be ready for sale by fall.
