Woods at White Pine

Nick and Pete Didier are developing 84 lots lying along the west and east sides of CTH LL north of W. Grand Avenue (STH 33).  This higher-end development will be constructed in 3 phases, the first having 39 lots.  The lots on the east side of CTH LL are immediately available for the construction.  The remaining lots should be ready by summer of 2005.  Also included in the development is a neighborhood park that incorporates the former county wayside property; hilly topography; and a natural area that includes a navigable waterway.
