Franklin Energy Services is
redeveloping the former St. John's Lutheran Church and School Academy.
The church will be converted to new offices and the school will be
demolished for a new employee parking area. The former parsonage will
be sold as a single-family residence and two new homes will be built
where the church parking lot was. The new homes will be required to
follow architecture guidelines that promote similar design of existing
homes in the neighborhood.
