This higher density project is located on
25 acres located on the southwest corner of STH 32 and East Sauk Road. The
development will eventually consist of 168 units in four- and six-unit
condominium buildings. Many of the units would be served by private
streets. A large pond and open space would provide the entry to the new
development. A clubhouse facility will also be provided for the
