Concept Plan for Smith Brothers

Lighthouse Development Company is proposing to convert the former Smith Brothers Restaurant into a mixed-use facility containing an upscale restaurant and 3 other retail businesses. The upper level will remain undeveloped until a new use is determined. Plans call for adding a raised handicapped boardwalk along the south side of the building that wraps around the building on the east side. An area for outdoor dining is provided. In addition, a new sidewalk and landscaping will be added. More detailed plans are to come.  Click image to enlarge
