Hidden Hills Neighborhood

Bielinski Homes will develop Port Washington's first Conservation Neighborhood subdivision along STH 33 on the westside of town. The premise behind this new development is to incorporate open space preservation, existing topography, and storm water improvement measures into the design of the project. The neighborhood proposal encompasses over 50 acres and includes approximately 7 acres of commercial area; 72 single family home sites; 24 condominiums; over 17 acres of open space; and a neigborhood park. One highlight of the single family development will be the elimination of "snout homes" where the garage protrudes in front of the house. All garages will be either side-loading or will be set back front the front house elevation.
