A Message from the Director

Al Capp's world famous comic strip characters have come to life in a colorful musical extravaganza.  "Li'l Abner" is a mixture of hill-billy nonsense and political humor.

Word is sent from Washington that Dogpatch has been declared unnecessary and all the citizens must evacuate because their homes will be the new sites for nuclear testing.  The cast and crew are proud to share with you just how Mammy, Pappy and all the citizens of Dogpatch rally to save their homes.

"Li'l Abner" is a light-hearted, tongue-in-cheek humor.  From the Sadie Hawkins Day Celebration to the good vs. evil scenario, it promises to be an evening of music and fun for all.
