This is Mike's fourth PST production, but he has
been singing and performing close harmony all his life. "I can still remember,
as a pre-schooler, standing at the kitchen sink with Mom, drying dishes and
singing the old songs in 2-part harmony." Hobbies include running, bicycling,
and hiking (sweating outdoors), and, of course, music. Another hobby interest,
making and repairing musical instruments, became his vocation in 2000 when he
left his engineering career to start up a piano rebuilding business. One thing I
love about my part: "Singing barbershop is extremely challenging, but when it
works, it's exhilarating; its like flying without an airplane!" |
